House pricing site

Does anyone know of a good website that offers free comparative house prices (aka comps) online? I google'd and found plenty of sites that claim to offer them, but they all look like marketing crap that want you to provide your email address or physical address so that some "helpful" agent can contact you rather than just provide the results.
