And again, yeah so? Not like Pelosi and Moscow Mitch were going after cabinet members. All the replacing was because to the orange monkey. But if speaker orange monkey were to happen, sure they’ll have daily impeachment votes. But it won’t go anywhere in the senate. So even acting AG AOC wouldn’t have to worry about what her DOJ was doing because of fear of what congress would do to her.

DOJ is part of the executive branch. No.

Well then... ;)
I think we're about to see just what they (the republicans) can do to thwart an investigation, AND... any potential indictment(s).
You think nothing? I say quite a lot.
If people think that republicans gaining back control of congress will not do anything and everything in their power to help Trump, you crazy.
And this includes the making up of totally new protections affecting a past president who if facing indictment.

Many republicans.... correction, ALL RePUbliCANS believe that Donald Trump is still the president. A president working from home, Mar-a-Lago, and if republicans take back the congress then Trump will be that much closer to a sitting president working from within the Whitehouse.
Remember, if given control, there are republican leaders in some states that Biden did win who will begin a process to decertify the results in those states. Yes, that alternative electors thingy still isn't over, not just yet, especially if republicans take the house and senate. And if they do, its election night 2020 all over again.

GOP threatens to release video of Jan. 5th....problem? They dont have it!

But following through on their threat will require a serious outlay of cash: The external hard drive they would need to store the hundreds of hours of footage could cost as much as $20,000.

LOL what? That's a pretty expensive USB drive...

That's what I get for blowing off Arie last night. Is that for real? Seems he was indicted for criminal contempt.

Edit: Finally!
Yep, He's in custody awaiting arraignment on 2 counts of contempt.
MSBC played a portion of Arie Melber's interview with Navarro last night. He sort of indicated that 1 year in jail at his age would be a 1/4 of his lifetime. So hopefully, now that he's finally getting the motivation of self survival, he will spill the beans.
