There may be a gap in Trumps call logs, but phone records from co-conspirators may help fill in those gaps.

He used staffers phones. And FUCKING BURNERS…
Burner phones.
BURNER PHONES.

The FUCK

Pretty damning evidence Team Trump knew they were committing serious premeditated crimes, and trying to cover tracks.

Also known as business as usual for Trump Cosa Nostra.

Nevermind the burner phones, this is a smoking gun.

“Trump’s call to Lee was reported at the time, as well as its omission from the call log, by the Washington Post and CBS. But the origin of the call as coming from an official White House phone, which has not been previously reported, raises the prospect of tampering or deletion by Trump White House officials.

It also appears to mark perhaps the most serious violation of the Presidential Record Act – the statute that mandates preservation of White House records pertaining to a president’s official duties – by the Trump White House concerning January 6 records to date.”

This is tantamount to Trump committing a Watergate-level crime. If he were still President, even a McConnell-controlled Senate would have no choice but to impeach and remove from office, or admit they’re playing by different rules now vs. under Nixon.

The crap The Don did is 100 times worse than Nixon.

Of course they're playing by different rules. It's the GQP now and it's The Don.

He didn't so it for the right reasons. He did it when he ran out of options.

There's a difference
Here's some more detail that's come out about Pence's decision to follow previous protocol.

Inside Pence-world's preparation for a Jan. 6 legal showdown - POLITICO

His opposition was captured most comprehensively in a memo from Jan. 5, 2021, that is also in the select committee’s possession. That memo from Jacob to Pence describes the former’s fierce disagreements with Eastman, who he came to believe was urging Pence to violate the Electoral Count Act in multiple ways.

That memo, which has not been made public, represented a final rejection of Trump’s pressure campaign, which Pence voiced on Jan. 6. It came after a fierce Jan. 4 debate between Eastman and Pence’s team.

How many smoking guns are we gonna need?

A January 3 text to Mark Meadows: "I have details on the call that Navarro helped convene... to delay certification... including that the president participated..." Peter Navarro must speak to the Select Committee about his role in the attempt to overturn the election.

Jared was happy to talk.

"In his virtual meeting with the January 6th Select Committee today, Jared Kushner was cooperative and very friendly, according to a source in the room. The meeting went for more than six hours and Kushner had a lot to say.

More on Kushner meeting: This person in the room doesn’t think Kushner invoked privilege at any point. Kushner did the talking, as opposed to lawyers doing it for him, according to this source."

"Trump's presidential diarist tells Jan. 6 committee White House officials provided less detail about his activities days before riot

Just days before the US Capitol riot, White House officials started providing fewer details about then-President Donald Trump's calls and visits, the person in charge of compiling those activities for the official record told the House select committee investigating January 6, 2021, according to two sources with knowledge of the probe.

"The last day that normal information was sent was the 4th," said another source familiar with the investigation. "So, starting the 5th, the diarist didn't receive the annotated calls and notes. This was a dramatic departure. That is all out of the ordinary."

Nixon was a boy scout compared to Trump.

*With legislators* (at the state level apparently).

One does not simply get 300 people together. There's gotta be a lot of logistics and coordination

If you don't test, there won't be a pandemic. Yep, that's the way they think.

House just passed the resolution to hold Navarro and Scavino in Contempt of Congress. This will be forwarded to the DOJ.

Did she tattle on Daddy?

Ivanka Trump's Jan. 6 Testimony Could Reveal Ex-President's 'State of Mind'

The House select committee interviewed Donald Trump's daughter on four critical matters related to last year's U.S. Capitol riot.

...

What I can I say from her and Kushner talking to the commitee, is that they probably are worried that they both might be placed as a secondary blame for the incident after their father by the commitee if they do not speak up. But another possible reason is that they fear that they could be put under the bus by Trump, who might claim they the ones responsible for the incident. After all, who else is left for Trump to put under the bus. Scavaro and Navaro (I suspect they are fake code names of Russian spies, how could they possibly be do similar sounding?), already been held in contempt. The commitee know already they were not the main mastermind, so Trump can put them under the bus. Trump really has run out of options.

My theory is Jared has a fear of going to jail like his Dad did (Thanks Chris Christy) and what impact that will have on their kids. I am sure Ivanka needed to be pressured to go.
Ivanka is the former Presidents favorite child, she has no rules put on her and he doesn’t speak to her in an adult manner. I am certain the former President did not call her in advance and say “do not testify”. Not doing so left her open to pressure from her husband and honestly she’s a Mom she will always do what is best for her children.

can you imagine trump jr. at 1 am in some bathroom after doing a line or two, his mind a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives to steal the election as he gesticulates wildly at some staffer?

Well as we all know people are very interested in the doings of presidential sons so presumably Fox will be all over this.
