House networking advice!!

Hi there! I'm trying to find some sites or guidance on how to wire a house for networking. I have helped a couple of guys set up their houses here or there, but they were all 1 story houses and were only dropping data lines. I have a 10 y.o. 2 story house and want to have a jack in each room that Im thinking will be 1 data jack 1 phone jack, and 2 RG6 jacks. What are some of the best web sites to do a litttle research?? Any suggestins are appreciated 🙂

Please try reading through previous threads before posting.

I'm not singling you out here, it's just that we never quite get done with one person asking the question before someone else comes along and asks pretty much exactly the same question.

Is there a home networking FAQ???? I did a search in all of the threads here and couldnt find an answer to what I was looking for. I am usually successful in searching , therefore limiting the need to post messages. If you can find the FAQ please let me know

Thanks bud! I do feel better, although not much... we just bought the house and already I wanna tear it up to do this... wife is actually taking it pretty well so far🙂... I'll do a search for your posts...
