You should compare his "House" character with the characters he played in the old Blackadder BBC shows - you'll have a hard time believing its the same guy :)

Oh and Felicia Day (of Dr. Horrible, The Guild, and Cheetos commercials) is one of the patients in the season opener - she's the redhead.

Don't get me wrong, I like the show. But damn would it kill them to change it up a bit? The show is so formulaic that they must have a flow chart to work off of. Thankfully people started actually dying around the 3rd season.

Hopefully we'll see more clinic funnies, they should just cure/kill a patient in the first half hour and finish off the show with scenes from the clinic.

There was a while there when every single episode had the patient of the week going into a seizure just before the halfway commercial break, usually while the interns were doing some diagnostic test or giving treatment.

They had patients die from the beginning. Wasn't the episode with the maternity ward quarantine in the first season?

Honestly, what else could they do? No one gets sick? Kind of boring, though it did work for Seinfeld. ;)

I always got uncomfortable when they did that procedure where they extract optical fluid with that sharp tool that goes into the eye. ::shivers::

I really like the show, but I've just started watching it. So far I've watched most of season 1, with a couple from season 2. And yes, it's pretty formulaic. And also, yes, the clinic scenes are the best part.

Season 4 takes a different spin, I thought it was very refreshing and did quite a bit to help you realize the importance of the character development between House and Wilson during the first 3 seasons.

What does he think he is, an American Corporate CEO?

He amazing. Besides, who doesn't love his dreamy blue eyes

My gf has a huge old man crush on him...

I am pumped. We're watching the Season 4 finale at 7, then the new episode tonight. Good stuff!
