Hourglass won't go away on my cursor

No matter how many times I restart or what I do..my cursor continues to have the hourglass on it. Everything works finely, but it's just annoying..

Go to Mouse in Control Panel and check your cursor images. If it's set to the hourglass for the standard pointer, it's doing what you told it to do. (I'm assuming you are running windows since you keep having to reboot your PC)
