Hotwire VS. Priceline: How low should I bid on PL?

I just got a coast to coast fare quote on Hotwire for $217. I got a weekly car rental quote of $204. Hot wire quotes include all fees and taxes. Assuming there is still a better deal to be had at Priceline, how low could I bid there and still expect to get my order filled? If you have had Priceline experience, please share your input.
