SAP may be powerful, but it's anything but user-friendly.
At least the inventory module and materials planning stuff.

humm, well, I never get to use the fully-implemented version from my previous company. i attended the basic training course and it showed us how to add/edit Customer and Vendors Contacts. It works just like Windows.
and compare to the previous management software (Sun's) that our company had SAP was lightyears ahead. (of course, SAP is also 20000x times more expensive)

I suppose it depends on what you are using it for and who is using it.
A large percentage of the work I've done in my current job has been developing front end windows apps that automate SAP transactions so we can prevent our floor personnel from ever having to touch SAP directly.
