The Merciless Pepper of Quetzalshacatenango.

but seriously folks. I tried some of Blair's Possible Side Effects and that was just unbelievably hot. My tongue was numb for 20 mins.

I have also tried Satay Beef and Szechuan beef and they were pretty dam hot.

I got some hot sauce from Jamaica that was made from Scotch Bonnet peppers. Put just a little too much on some pizza one day and I almost cried.

Ate the suicide wings at a sports bar once.

Not going to do that again. There was really no point to them other than being painful - no flavor or anything, I really don't understand why they even exist (except for me to eat them when another table dared us to ... at least they were kind enough to pay for milk afterwards).

#1 - A chopped BBQ brisket sammich from a hole in the wall joint behind a hotel on highway 22 in Fort Smith AK. The sauce was ungodly. I was crying while eating, snot running down my face, it was the best sammich I've ever had and I'd say 10x hotter than my #2

#2 - I Dare You roll from a sushi place in town. LOADS of wasabi (I couldn't believe how much they put on this thing, each bite had probably a teaspoon), spicy tempura, something called X-sauce, something called devil sauce, something called evil sauce, jalapenos (which arent noticable in the slightest compared to the rest), two types of chile extract or something, and a couple other extremely spicy ingredients I cant remember. A TON spicier than my #3

#3 BWW blazin wings. I got 4 of the blazin, 4 of the wild (one step under) and 4 carribbean jerk which is about in the middle. Great wings, about as spicy as you can get away with serving in a chain restaurant. only a tad spicier than #4

#4 "Thai hot" ordered Ghang Khaiw Wan from a great little thai place in tulsa. I have a great love for thai food and get my fill of spicy about every other week

I've eaten all of the following peppers at one time or another-raw:

- Jalapeno (6000SCU)
- Yellow Wax???SCU
- Chiltapeans ???SCU
- Serrano (10,000SCU)
- Habanero (2-300,000SCU)
- Scotch Bonnet (red and Yellow 2-350,000SCU)
- Fatalie (3-400,000 SCU)
- Trinidad Scorpion (~900,000SCU that one made me feel the shittiest)
- Bhut Jolokia (~1,100,000 SCU Very close toss-up between it and the scorpion for which one is hottest IMO)

And there have been a myriad of other peppers I've tried too, but those one's are the standouts.

Blazin wings from BWW. Never again.

200,000-350,000 SCU.

http://www.scottrobertsweb.com/scoville-scale.php

There was a time when I could go to BWW and get Blazin.. and eat them without even cracking a tear.. (some people cry.. some people sweat.. I cry) Although, I started having digestive problems and I think part of it was the shear amount of spicy food I ate at the time.

I still think the Beef O Bradies 'Hot Wing Challenge' wings were hotter than BWW Blazin (although most Beef O Bradies don't do the hot wing challenge any more).. Those were some damn good wings.

Nice thing about both BWW Blazin and Beef O Bradies Hot Wing Challenge is the sauce actually tastes good.. I am not a fan of this 'novelty hot' where things are just hot but taste like crap.

I'm a wimp when it comes to that stuff. Nothing seriously hot for me.

Me too.

The hottest thing I ever "ate" was a Habanero pepper.
Co-worker was munching on some at lunch one day, I asked for one, when I first bit down, my mouth, tongue, lips, everything exploded in intense fire & pain!

Burned for 2 days after that.

I think some people are just more "immune" to the heat than others, either that or they were raised on hot foodstuffs.

I like a little heat, but very little. Even Jalapenos are out for me!

This isn't super-hot, but it's probably the hottest thing I eat on a regular basis. It's a pretty good chilli-paste.

FWIW, it has Naga Jolokia peppers in it.

Had a nice Vindaloo four days ago that liquefied my guts the next day and felt like I was branding myself up the sphincter with a red hot poker.

Im Vietnamese so we grow those little red thai peppers in our back yard. We usually go pick them, wash them, then just take straight bites out of them when we eat our food.

So I had a post all typed out then the Forum fizzled. :|

Anyway, Thai Chilli Pepper. 30-40 minutes of Hell on Earth, but afterwards you can go into any Restaurant and order any Spicy Dish and not worry if it will be too Hot.

One Million Scoville Pepper Extract weighing in at 1,000,000 Scoville units, 200 times hotter than a jalapeño.

For my girlfriend, Black Mamba Hot Sauce which wasn't measured, but was estimated to be "a few million Scoville units." I smelled the Black Mamba and my face burned for a while.

Edit: Black Mamba is 2.5 Million Scoville units. 500 times hotter than a jalapeño.
