Just picked up two Cobra Radar detectors from Kmart B&M in Central California.

No model #'s - I don't have them in front of me because they are in the cars :) They are 6 band, 360, & V2.

They were originally $85 each, got them for $13.0 and some change. Not the quality of the escort, but they do work! Especially on the CHP Ka band!

Apparently, the are not going to carry them any more in CA. Walmart also pulled all detectors in CA.

B&M only - YMMV

Just picked up another one for 1 cent! They are the Cobra 6050LE with 360 degree detection.

sweet deal! where in the store did you find them? i dont normally go to kmart so i dont know if they have a specified clearance area or what...

i could use these though :)

I heard that all the new ones sold will have to have some certain feature, so all radar detectors have to be liquidated. I think it is a nationwide thing ... not just CA, but I could be wrong.

I just checked a local Kmart (made the drive after reading this thread) and they had already sold out! They said there wasn't a radar detector in the store. Makes me wonder if they knew about the drop and bought all of them to resell. :|

the UPC is on the reciept. call k-mart and ask if they have one.

Tried Newark, DE.

They had cobra 1950's for 119.98, nothing on clearance. :(
