That's an easy question to answer. However, to prevent myself from getting pissed off, going apesh|t, and destroying my room over it, I'm not going to answer it.
 
As a rating site, hotornot is "meh", but as a site to meet and talk with people, I like it and have a lot of fun with it.
 
I had one in email the other day where 2 chicks were kissing and you rated the photo. Not much that was real great though. DOn't have the link with me either.
