Hotmail webmail screen is messed up, help!

I recently set up a hotmail email account and it has worked fine.

All of the sudden today, the email in-box screen is pushed down to the bottom half of the screen and there are parts of the fonts or menu's which are overlapping other area's, almost like an old fashioned double exposure film. Does anyone know why the screen started displaying this way? I'm on my work PC and we only allowed to use IE. This is an LCD 19 inch display at native 1200x1024 res.

The Hotmail screen looks like I should be able to collaps the top half which shows other menus and horizontal blue bars, mostly blank and just eats up space. Ideas?

Probably incorrect advertisement config for your market. Similar problem with Messenger just the other day with their ad banner and SWF advertisements.

Live division has been making lots of changes recently, like updating SkyDrive to HTML5 the other day, Calendar got the new Wave5 header a couple of weeks ago, etc.

Just some deployment pains, is my guess. Should clear up pretty soon.
