Hotmail turned into mush...(if ur bored)

so i tried to go into hotmail and this turned up...i refreshed couple times and still like that...
seems fixed now...

Seen that happen a few times in Hotmail, except that the background images were still there. A techie friend of mine tells me it's a bug in IE.
