Hotmail problems

I have been without my hotmail account since Thanksgiving day. They say that it is a particular server that is down, and my account is on that server. Anyone else here having this problem?

I was using it as my primary e-mail b/c I have changed ISPs so many times. Now I don't have access to anything

I'm not having a problem myself, but one of my friends hasn't been able to use her hotmail account since late Wednesday night.
