Hotmail problem error HELP please

I can't send email to this one person.

I get this message in outlook express when it doesn't send to her

"An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'Hotmail', Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol: HTTPMail, Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 12019, Error Number: 0x80004005"

I am under the 2mb limit.

any ideas?

again that is the error message. Anyone know what it means?

The account itself in Outlook Express might be corrupted. If not, it might be something in the identity.

First of all, try removing and rebuilding the account in OE.

Tools > Accounts > Mail tab
highlight the hotmail account that you're trying to send through, and remove it.
Then click Add > Mail
-go through the process again, setting up your hotmail account.

When you've set it up again, make sure it's listed as the default again, and try sending the message again. If that doesn't work, try making a new identity and setting up the account there.
