Hotmail Log-in Policy

The new policy where you have to log in into your hotmail acct within 30 days, does it apply to people using outlook express or does everyone have to log in via the web?

i would think the authentication OE goes through when it connects to your hotmail account counts as logging in.

Yes, as long as there's some sort of account authentication, the account will stay active.
