Hotmail junkmail filter

anyone else have problems with legit emails from contacts (even already in your safelist) being thrown into the junkmail folder right away ? There's no way to turn off the junkmail filter completely either... just low, medium or high setting for it. I've added these individuals to my safe list numerous times but it keeps going to junkmail randomly. :|

Hotmail filter is junk.
I've had legit emals (not from safelisted contacts) get through, and I get a load of spam stuff that does get through.

i get my emails fine, but spam is just constantly going through it. Everytime i check, theres never anything in my junkbox, its all in my inbox with the rest of my emails. I just got fed up with it and now use my gmail account for all my important stuff.
