hotmail down?

hotmail is being really picky right now. im at work, and itll work on some computers, and not work on others. a lot of page cannot be displayed errors. doesnt occur in netscape though. i work for a dial-up isp and we've received a bunch of calls from people having trouble accessing hotmail since last thursday. works fine and has been working for me, so, go figure.
 
Hotmail's being run by Cable and Wireless now. They're planning on cutting the support staff down. They're already at minimum now. That's why there's so many problems. Imagine what will happen after the cut.

Try to avoid accessing your hotmail account in the mornings, like 9:00am. That's when everyone else tries to access theirs.
