hotkey remapping in Vista?

My logitech Acess 600 keyboard has several hotkeys on it, one of which is the media key. By default it opens WMP. I don't use WMP so in XP I used tweakUI to remap the media button to open my program of choice. Could also do that with many other standard hotkeys (search, home, etc).

As we all know TweakUI doesn't exist for Vista :( Is there anything out there that does the same thing? I've googled but not come up with anything so far.

Heck even if I manually adjust a registry entry instead of having a GUI like TweakUI do it that's fine. I don't want to install logitech keyboard software for just a couple hotkeys, more crap running in the background is not what I'm looking for.

I read somewhere that the old TweakUI (v1.33) worked with Vista?

SharpKeys works in both Vista and 7, 32bit and 64bit. You can get it from MajorGeeks.com

Win2003 reskit has a big warning about not being compatible.
TweakUI doesn't work.
Sharpkeys had no idea what key my media key was, and it would only set one key to do another key's function, not run a different program.
