Hotels near Chinatown, Vancouver

Hey Vancouverites, what's some good/cheap hotels near Chinatown? First time heading up there so want to stay in a touristy area near downtown and/or chinatown.

What do you mean by cheap? Not sure if such a place exists in that area.

Around say $100 per night for one room. USD of course.

FYI, Chinatown in Vancouver sucks... Food isn't great and it's dirty etc

If you like Chinese stuff, go to Richmond... The whole city is 1 big Chinatown...

I got a great hotel right in the downtown are for $50 USD through priceline, but it's the luck of the draw. Becareful, some of those downtown areas are shady.

There aren't any. Find somewhere nice and central downtown. The downtown core is relatively small. You could easily walk to Chinatown.
