Next-generation Fujitsu SPARC is not, which does not bode well for it hitting the roadmap and getting released this year. (Fujitsu almost always presents at HC prior to a processor release.)
 
The ARM v8-A vector architecture could be related to this paper from 2014 on improving SIMD, as it includes an ARM employee in the authors.

Some sort of experimental variable width SIMD architecture, and widths greater than 128 bit are discussed.
