I need to completely remove Hotbar (don't even ask me why I loaded it - a very weak moment:)) I managed to somehow remove it from my IE5.5 address bar but the files are still on my HDD:( It doesn't appear in Add/Remove Programs on my win2k setup. It's taking up more than 2MB and I just don't want the POS there anylonger!! I would just delete the files, since it is no longer functional, but I'm afraid it's possible presence in the registry will cause error messages all the time. Any assistance will be appreciated if not paid for:p

When is M$ gonna limit who/what can add to the registry? Are there any 'registry cop' utilities out there?

Regcleaner will do exactly what you want. It'll search through your registry, and present you all the keys that programs have installed. You can easely clean up your registry, by killing each program that you don't need any more, one by one. After that, you are free to delete those whopping 2Mb of space ;)

You can get it here : http://www.vtoy.fi/jv16/index.shtml

Thx Hawkeye. I remember using RegCleaner on one of my previous installs. But the current version is much better than the one I remember using. An app everyone should have.
