When i went to asia last year, i had steamed egg whites with some sort of soup and raw salmon at a japanese restaurant in singapore.
The steamed egg whites really look like translucent pudding..like gello.
I didnt say that i touched it. Ate the raw salmon instead.

I have some of their products- very nice. I would recommend getting a dedicated rice cooker, they just seem to work so much better then the steamers.

I'm interested in their Neo-fuzzy? rice cooker but those things cost 159-200 each According to the desc. of the rice cooker, it is computerized and has many features. I wonder if one can overclock it and make the rice cooker cook rice faster? hahahha.... waiting on Amazon coupons to show up.
