In Southeast Asia, the floor of the legislatures sometimes break out in fistfights, people throwing chairs, and general pandemonium. C-SPAN could turn that into a PPV event. 😀

Charles Sumner (Senator from Mass.) was badly beaten by Preston Brooks (Senator from South Carolina) with a cane. After that many members supposedly carried concealed pistols and knifes.
