I would stay well away from this. It appears to be run by an immature fourteen year old. See here and here. I couldn't find anything about the service itself, but I can imagine

the only reason anyone might ever want to have a 26gb bandwidth on a virtual host is if they are a reseller. Otherwise, if a single site produces 26gb of traffice, chances are it will need to put a high load on the server resources(memory/cpu/filesystems) and as such requires a dedicated server or a shared server with very few sites on it. I doubt $10/month plan will provide for such service.

This is NOT true. 26gb doesn't put a dent in a good linux webserver, as long as it's maintained, has a good pipe, has plenty of memory and fast disks (SCSI).

I have close to 100 domains on a PIII-800 server with a GB of RAM. It averages about 120GB monthly, with one site along running a relatively large vbulletin board that uses 30gb by itself. Load averages on the server are in the 1.xx range across the board. It doesn't break a sweat, and it's a "lowly" PIII-800

He either rents a server in a data center or co-locates (has his own server in a data center) I'm guessing.
