I finished breakfast, then had more breakfast, now I'm working on lunch. At this rate I'll blow the food budget for the week before the second game of the Yankee/RedSox doubleheader.

Anyone else have this problem? Did you fix it? How?

My fix was keeping food away from where I was going to be at any given time.
It however requires planning to avoid going near locations where you live where there is food.
So basically don't get near the kitchen and wherever else you have food stored.

Which also means that since I know live in a small apartment I can no long do that. :(
However in a house it should work.

I saw something interesting at the end of a TV show last week. Don't know what the show was, but there was a "health expert" claiming that drinking warm water (room temp, not heated) makes you feel full longer. According to him, cold water is absorbed more quickly into your body, so it's better for hydration.

I haven't tested this theory myself, but maybe you'd like to give it a shot. Might satisfy your hunger.

I have just the opposite problem. Hot weather kills my appetite.

(of course, if I don't eat during the day, as soon as it cools off, I'm starving)

This is what I came in here to say!
I couldn't care less about food during the summer, at least until my work is done & I've showered.
Then I'm ready for dinner & a snack (sometimes) before bedtime.

Yeah, I think I eat more when it's cold too. All that digestion turns to a warm tummy. ():)

My problem is no matter how much I eat (I eat a ton of carbs; rice, bread, pasta), I don't gain weight. Maybe 'cause I bike every day, with running and roller bladding mixed in.

Funny, I'm the opposite. I'm never hungry when it's hot. I feel too sluggish and just want to sit in front of a fan or AC so I can stop sweating.

I had that issue 5 or so years ago. Believe it or not going to the gym actually helped. I don't know if it's just because the fact muscle is heavier, or if adding muscle did something to my body that makes it keep food in, but even though I've stopped going for a few years now, I've managed to keep my weight on. In fact I should probably lose 5-10 pounds, but I'm pretty much around where I want to stay.

I'm the opposite. The thought of the stress of digestion on top of miserably hot weather makes me want to puke.
