This was pretty hot for me after learning the hard way that IPAQ's aren't waterproof.

Office Depot has the Toshiba E335 listed in their Sunday flyer for $399 - $100 MIR = $299. Also in their Sunday flyer: "Get $50 off a New Pocket PC When You Trade in your Old PDA - see coupon flyer available in store only for details - coupon code 21614849". The in store price for the E335's is actually $373, rather than $399.

Since there were no printed details about what would qualify as far as the trade-in, I called a local OD and they told me that anything would qualify and it did not need to be in working condition - I had an old Sharp pocket organizer and the dead IPAQ. When attempting to complete the transaction using the Sharp, they approved the $50 trade, but said that the Sharp probably should not qualify. I have not seen the actual "coupon flyer"

$373 - In Store Price
(50) - Trade-In
(20) - Coupon - I got this in the mail last week
(100) - Rebate

$203 - After rebates.

Nice deal! Another possibility is to buy from Staples using a $50 coupon (are they still active?) and then 110% PM to Compuplus who have it at $364. After the $100 rebate that would leave it at $210.40 + tax.

At RRP ($299 AR) this Pocket PC looks overpriced when compared to the 400MHz Dell Axim. It's a lot slimer though.

My local Staples doesn't carry the E335; I had a PM in mind myself. I prefer the Toshiba over my old IPAQ which was big and bulky with the sleeve installed. Toshiba has a built in secure digital slot and is also slimmer and lighter than the bare IPAQ.

Unless there are coupons at Dell, the 64MB Toshiba at office depot seems to be a somewhat better deal than the 300mhz/32MB version of the Axim - It's showing up at $249 for me.
