Hot to make giardina

I don't want to make it too hot, but hotter than mild. I have looked around and can't find what goes in it. Anyone know?

hmm...does it have anything to do with uh...i dunno.

It is pronounced knda like &quot;jar of air&quot; It is basically peppers, carrots, and some other stuff in some type of oil mix. It is a condement (sp?) it goes on top of stuff like pizza

Are you sure it's spelled right? I've been cooking for years and haven't heard of it.
