I've got a 18gb hot swap (ie. no standard power connector no back) Ultra 2 seagate barracuda HD that I want to hook up to my Adaptect 2940UW (SCSI-2). I know you can get a coverter that hooks on the back where you can connect to the standard SCSI-2 cable + add a standard power connecter to the back...

Anyone know a URL where these are sold - Tried various Google searches but I'm not having any luck.

Thanks!

I am sure you will be able to find one with a little searching. If not I can get you one for about $10-15.

I was asking this question and searching frantically just last week: I found that my new Quantum Atlas II 10k has got an 80 pin SCA connector and I needed a 68 pin for my Adaptec 3960 LVD. Called up Quantum, thinking I was screwed. Quantum technical support recommends that you go to CS Electronics at scsi-cables.com . They nearly only sell high quality scsi adapters that are backed by lifetime warranty and full tech support. Quantum says these are the best and no performance degradation will result from using their adapters.
