Selected $64 worth of stuff for my wife for Christmas. Proceeded to checkout. Proceeded to chunder. With standard (not expedited) shipping the total with shipping, handling, and tax was $84. The stuff I found was mildly warm at best and that just killed it. I'm too used to free shipping to bring myself to pay a 33% markup for shipping and handling.
