From my research this is one of the best subwoofers for the money. It sounds great, looks great, and is really cheap compared to other manufacturers
Sony SA-WM40 $129.97 (Deal ends 07/31/2003, might be a typo?) 120 Watt 12" subwoofer with line level inputs and speaker level inputs. Clearance price at best buy was $151

Sony SA-WM500 $129.97 (Deal ends 5/17/2003) Upgraded version of the SA-WM40, all the same features as the SA-WM40 except a bigger amp 150 Watt, and a (IMO) better subwoofer with larger rubber surround. This is a brand new subwoofer, many places dont even have them in stock yet. BB wanted $199 for this.

Check out www.audioreview.com for reviews on the WM40, it is one of the best rated subwoofers on there.

Sorry I do not know if they do online sales, you can see if there is a location near you on there site. www.ksmerchandise.com But as far as I know it is B&M, I didn't even see the SA-WM500 on there website.

Also a great deal if you need a whole set is at circuit city with polk audio, basically get a free sub with polk surround sound speakers for 299. I got them to sell me a floor model sub with it ( 10" 100 Watt sub )they had never even taken out of the box and so they gave me the whole set for 250.

But this is a really nice sub as well.

I lived in aboite township too. I didnt say I moved anywhere better, but Ill be out of Indiana soon enough, right now I live in West Lafayette.
