Hot! Shrimp Scampi at Costco - Buy One, Get One Free ~$10.79

This special is going on at Costco this week only. It requires a coupon, but they usually have them at the register. They are normally $10.79 each! Two for the price of one!

I just picked up two packages at the Costco in San Jose. Two pounds of Shrimp Scampi come in each box. It looks really tasty! The directions say that you just pan fry the shrimp, no other seasoning required. Has anyone tried this yet?

this stuff is pretty cool... i buy it at regular price... each shrimp (farm grown in thailand usually) is indivudually coated with butter/garlic sauce... u can toss as many as you like at a time into a pan and munch...

ymmv on being able to get a coupon on the fly... check at the checkout or front door b4 u grab the goods...

This shrimp scampi is awesome but IMO there's too much sauce. My solution for this is to boil up some linguine and serve the shrimp on top of it. Damn, now I'm hungry...
