+1 for yucateco xxx in my chili's and whenever we have mexican/southwestern dishes.
Yucateco XXX is my go-to sauce for chilli, stews, burritos, eggs etc. With Asian food I still use "Rooster" sauce mostly.

After the last thread about hot sauces, I decided to try Cholula and Valentina.
I wasn't impressed with Cholula, it has a rather mild and unassuming taste that gets overpowered easily by other ingredients.
Valentina on the other hand is awesome. It's really cheap and great with food like chicken breast when I want it "coated" with hot sauce, and yucateco xxx is too hot for that.

I still usually have a bottle of this hanging around in the frig too.

Not firey hot but love the taste.

This goes great on a Turkey sandwich.

Valentina is a good one. Around here a pretty big bottle (maybe ~32oz) is only something like $1.50 at the Mexican grocers. There are other sauces I like a bit more, but it is hard to beat for how inexpensive it is.

I've tried some of these sauces suggested and some I haven't. If you guys suggest it and I find it, I'll buy it and try it. I'm not locked into one sauce. I'm just looking for heat and flavor.

I love this stuff on Pizza. Good heat, and AMAZING flavor in my opinion.

I enjoy Louisiana and Cholula on scrambled eggs.

Saracha - was suggested on this site some years ago. I bought it, I liked it. It goes on everything Chinese plus chicken dishes. It has some good heat and flavor. The only thing that kills it for the everything sauce is the sweetness.
