What is everybody's favorite kind?

Just tried New Canaan Farms XXX Habanero Salsa... Not bad at all..

i tried some of this Suicide Sauce down in mexico. can't remember the name, but my mouth was burning the rest of the day
tobasco isn't that great. i've drank it before on a dare just tasts really nasty, lol

Tabasco is suck. It is way to bitter. I like Crystal and Trappey's Red Devil best.

I second EXACTLY what Yakko said. Tabasco just tastes like hot, and nothing more. There is no pepper taste to it. Crytal is my fav, by far. I can't eat it though, because if I put it on something, I'll put it on EVERYTHING EVERY DAY, and I have to force myself to quit, or it would probably become a problem. Hot sauce is GOOD. And addictive.

Ok I'm gonna drift off topic for a second... anybody ever tried the bentley sauce on their wings at hooters?? MMMMMMMM that stuff is GOOD but I have sweat running down my face by the thrid wing.. but after that I don't notice anymore..

That green Tabasco isn't too bad on some stuff.. My personal favorite would have to be Red Hot, though.

i liek Franks hot sauce, nice marinade, not hot though. tobasco is too sour sometimes so i usually just eat habanero or the chinese hot sauce (dried red pepper fried).

My roommate loves that chinese sauce with the chicken on it too. I dont know the name of it but we call it &quot;the rooster.&quot; I think it tastes like crap and so does tobasco. I like Louisiana Hot Sauce...

Check out this site. All the different kinds of Hot Sauce you can handle. I saw a guy on TV try the &quot;Da' Bomb, The Final Answer&quot; Sauce they have on that site, I thought he was going to die on camera. That is some really intense stuff.

I actually mix a large bottle of crystal and a small bottle of tabasco together. Crystal by itself isn't bitter, so I mix in tabasco to get that little kick of bitterness.

And Yang Shing hot sauce for dim sum and other stuff. Not too hot, but good pepper taste.

The Chinese stuff is called SRIRACHA hot chili sauce. (Had to go look at the bottle in the fridge)

A friend went to Sturgis for the Bike Rally this year and brought back some stuff called Biker Babe. It will bring tears to your eyes. Made with Scotch Bonnets.

Out of curiosity I tried &quot;the rooster.&quot; I think I put a little too much on my food b/c my nose wont stop running and my mouth is burning. Tobasco and LA Hot Sauce never did this to me. &quot;The rooster&quot; is freakin' hot! But it is good.
