They actually have a wing recipe under recipes.

Thanks for the link! Order sent for the sampler.

If by good you mean so hot you won't actually taste anything else and you'll be feeling quite uncomfortable for awhile?

Win. I need to go back to the asian supermarket and buy another bottle.

My absolute favorite is Melindas XXXXtra Hot Special Reserve (note the 4 'X's). Habenero based, but a good blend of heat and flavor.

I have tried the Daves Insanity, and for me the heat kills the flavor. I used to put a few drops on a plate and dab my eggs into it sparingly, but it was still pretty hot.

You can find Melindas at Cost Plus World market, so if you have one around, give it a try.

My wife got me "N'awlins LOUS-E-ANA Green Hot Sauce" on a trip to Orleans a couple of years ago. I liked it so much I ordered some from Pyrate Isle Sauces & Spices but I don't think they carrry it anymore. :( It was tangy hot with a little sweetness.

As well as being very good, it is very versatile too!

Tobasco Chiplotle sauce has a nice flavour, but is not super hot. Most super hot sauces lack flavour IMO and are so hot that flavour is rarely considered. Franks Red Hot is over marketed crap. Not really much of a fan for Louisianna sauces either, although I really enjoyed the Justin Wilsons sauces I received for XMas(not really that hot though).

If you want good heat, flavour, and something different consider getting a hot Indian Tandoori or Curry sauce. There are also hot Chinese Curry sauces as well, I used to get a curry sauce from Hong Kong that burned from fork to toilet that was just so tasty I kept shoveling it in between the tears and sniffles.

I was scanning the thread to make sure this one made it. Easy to find and is not a serious double burner (I hate the second burn - 4-18hrs later). Tabasco also has Habanero and are really good Green Jalapeno. The site has recipes too. And wow, discovered this gem - available in the 1 Gal. Size for about $35!

Edit - I have the Thai one with the chicken on it too (Sriracha). Good choice.

Another vote for Sriracha, that stuff is sooo awesome. I also like the chili garlic sauce made by the same company, IVe got 4 bottles of the stuff in my pantry.

Isn't that kind of dangerous? Couldn't those fingers just burn off? ;)

I recommend that you try Assblasters hot sauce. Its label has a cartoon of a outhouse's roof getting blown off by a fire ball. With one small drop on a corn chip I first got a lot of good flavor and then a little heat that grew into a lot of pain.
