HD 7850 is a few ticks faster and uses less power, but probably doesn't justify the 20-25% price difference. Note that not all Sapphire HD 6950's have dual-bios switch, so you may not have the option of unlocking it. Personally, I am waiting for XFX's DD HD6950 to be on sale again (was $191 AR a month ago).
