I live in a rural area and I think AntennaWeb is somewhat accurate although for me it would require one helluva antenna to get all the channels they claim. Still no HDTV channels for me. Maybe next year...

Seems reasonably accurate to me, at least channel and compass wise. Distance I didn't measure.

Are you using an internal or external antenna? Probably the latter of the two :)

Well, recent experiences:

From indoor Zenith ZHDTV1 Silver Sensor log-periodic dipole array, to indoor Radio Shack 15-623 Double Bowtie, to outdoor ChannelMaster 4228 8-bay stacked dipole reflector, to Antennas Direct DB8 8-bay stacked dipole reflector. I've also added a ChannelMaster Titan 7777 Preamp.

whew it was fast! Ordered on 12/20 just arrived tonight from OK via UPS. to test the tuner it took me ~ 10 minutes to hook it up with my dell 2005fpw plus for the tuner to tune in a bunch of all local tv stations. wow! it's such a great little tuner yielding nice sharp with vivid colors pict. Smallville on WB looks fantastic so did another show on cbs.

well it's time look for a hdtv-rdy monitor for my bedroom where this tuner will be at work.

Ross, I have a silver sensor tangled on a chain linked fence. I get all the digital channels except 1 listed at antennaweb. I am usually ~25 miles from the transmission towers. My tuner is inside my Zenith TV. It seems that different ATSC tuners require various signal strengths to assemble the picture without pixelation. My tuner gets a clear picture at anything above 40% signal strength. This one may be different requiring a higher signal strength.
