Anyone know if this version of The World is not Enough is different in any way from the one that was originally released on DVD then pulled.

It was pulled? What was that all about?

I'm in on the deal. Thanks!

Yay for you and your pirate versions. :) I am pretty sure the *real* release is going to have quite a few more extras and be better quality. Although if the quality of Die Another Day's pirate version is as good as the Two Towers pirate version then that may be debateable.

These are not those copies made by some guy with a DVC. They are the real deal, produced by MGM and UA. Crap this as you like, it's the real deal and IMHO pretty kewl having these releases way ahead of the Country.

Yeah they stop selling them. That's why if you goto BB or CC, you'll see Goldeneye or Tomorrow Never Dies, but you wont find World is not Enough. The only place I find them now is on eBay. I don't know why they got pulled. I hope it's not change or if it is, they didnt take anything out, only added stuff.

Yeah...you keep thinking that. I've had Two Towers for quite a while, and it is a copy intended for industry people only...yes they are the "real deal" but they are not legal for home consumption. Trust me. So your copy is likely pirate.

Die Another Day was a great movie, quite underrated if you ask me, and i'm a pretty tough critic. I think it was the best Pierce Brosnan bond movie yet.

Gonna pick this one up. I'm trying to amass all the Bond movies. DAD was mediocre at best. Poor performance by a Bond franchise, completely deviating from what I'd consider "classic" Bond films. It had virtually no original content, whatsoever. Everything was basically scripted from older movies - Diamonds are Forever, Goldfinger, and other classics.

OHMSS is one of my favorites! DAD was the worst yet, but I need it for the collection :) Really, now... swimming under a frozen lake and up through a geothermal vent? You want to take a second and think about that?

IIRC, I thought it was designed to be like that to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Bond. Like there were several scenes and lines that were replicated from old movies. Correct me if I'm wrong.

OHMSS the worst ever? Ok, George Lazenbee did nothing for me, but Diana Rigg in that little skating getup...let's just say I'm typing this with one hand. Too bad she gets all shot up at the end. D*mn that Blofeld!

The World is Not Enough DVD that is packaged here is the Special Edition...I don't think the original one released had any extras. They seem to be release all new SE of Bond's movies.
