i wouldnt worry too much about the speed on most flashdrives, being that they are all solid state. plus at worst cases i should only take a couple minutes to transfer gig. too bad i sold all my portables that use sd.

Using a USB2.0 reader to read and write on it, it Writes at about 2.2MB/s and reads at about 7MB/s. If you need a high-speed card, get one that says it.
