My only concerns are:
1) KDS brand, not sure of the build quality of KDS laptops.
2) Weight (something I could personally care less about as long as it's a loaded laptop for cheap).
3) The video RAM, I heard there is no actual VRAM that it borrows from the system RAM?
4) Not sure if this is a desktop P3 or a mobile P3 chip with speedstep technology.

Other than that, it looks like you're getting a loaded laptop for cheap.
