Holy moly, it is! Im a GCU member at best buy and was going to get this for Xbone, but at this price I might just have to go the PC route.

LOL Good catch... I guess I bought too fast yesterday!

So the "DLC" refers only to Harley Q, and nothing about the season pass.

A bit confusing, n'est-ce pas?

FYI, in case anyone is interested:

I emailed CDKeys asking for a refund on my $29.99 purchase of the game with HQ DLC only, and received a response from their customer support within one hour, with an email confirmation of a full refund from PayPal following quickly after. I then turned around and picked up the premium edition for $35.
