Use ebates to get this price. Subscribe at http://www.ebates.com.
(Ebates sends you a quarterly check if your total is greater than $5.)

1) Become an Ebates member and click through from ebates to Dell Small Business. (Search for dell, click on the dell Small Business link.) Otherwise, it'll cost $43.16.
2) Click on the Software & Peripherals tab.
3) Search for the item at the Dell Small Business site. It's the "256MB Module for a dell Inspiron 8200 Series System". (Find it by typing "256MB Inspiron 8200" in the search field.)
4) Add it to your cart. You should get free shipping and 20% off automatically.
5) Find the 10% off coupon from your favorite coupon site, like the .com with lots of tech bargains. (If you did the ebates step, the coupon code will appear in a pop up window.)
6) Apply the coupon to your shopping cart. (type the coupon code into the coupon field and click Apply coupon)
7) Checkout and choose ground shipping for free shipping.

The total should come out to $43.16. Some states are charged tax.
The ebates check will come later assuming you meet their minimum of $5.
This makes the total cost around $42.30.

Complete your order, and be happy.

Thanks RossMAN.

If you use the direct link, you might not be able to get the 2% off from ebates.
You can try to add it to your cart, close the window, then open the ebates window and return to the Dell site again through ebates, but I don't know if the item will still be in the cart.

FYI, DealRam shows the cheapest equivalent generic component to be $70.23. Prices have gone up about $20 from a couple weeks ago.
