just bought the PNY Geforce 6600GT APG 8x at compusa and pricematch today with bestbuy for $187.47.
$187.47 x ca tax(7.75%) = $202
$202 - $30 rebate = $172
Rebate does not show on the website but it prints out at the store. Start date 1/22/05 to 1/29/05

Pulled this off as well. Had to ask the guy to go looking, but he managed to dig one out.

Rebate is pnyrebates.com. Everything is exactly as OP said.
