You save $15 and lose a year's warranty, and buy it from an OEM instead of the original manufacturer. I'd stick with the ATI personally for $15 more...

how long is the fan gonna last on teh Sapphire card?

Doesn't the Sapphire (retail) come with a one year warranty vs ATI's 3 year?

Doesn't matter if you're gonna knock off the stock fan and install an Arctic cooler. :)
