Check out the Fuji Finepix 2800 -- 389.99 at Photoalley.com and others. It has a 6x Optical zoom. Great camara. Small. Great reviews for picture quality at stevesdigicams and dcresource.com. Check it out. Also, you can get $80.00 from MSN and even price match it down to $299.00 at other sites... I just bought this the same way the other day. Great deal.

I love this camara!!!! You can't beat the 6x optical zoom. You can even video confrence with it (on PCs). It records movies up to 60 seconds (with sound). You can voice annotate pictures (useless but cool). Enjoy

That's weird -- I just checked Photoalley to see if they had the Finepix 2800 back in stock because they ran out a couple days ago... They don't have it listed anymore! I wonder what's up... Anyway, it's a great camara -- even for $400 it would be worth it, but why pay that...
