just got off the phone with csr she quoted 5-8 business days to process orders. she also informed me that my order status was ip and that i was on my fifth day of waiting and oh by the way 1 of my items was on backorder. when i inquired how they were going to get my order to me within 3 days when it was still showing ip she had no answers other than, that she would have a senior customer service rep call me tomorrow. i was considering ordering more from this place but until i get some answers i'm planning on holding off. will let you know the outcome once they get back to me...IMHO if you haven't ordered from these guys wait, and if you have pray....

I'm not to sure about this place. I placed my order on Dec 4 and it just shipped today. They only sent the products that I paid full price for. They seemed to cancel all of my Vans on the order. I called them and they said any Vans on back order will not ship. I can't cancel my order because I will still have to pay shipping and duty to canada.

I received an email from them stating my order(VANS) were on back order. The order would ship as soon as available(we'll see). Got my CC statement today and I haven't been charged anything. So, I've got that going for me.

Day 9 and still waiting, although I did get an email stating that my order has shipped. Interesting... 2 days after I called to complain and 1 day after I was promised a phone call from a "senior customer service rep" (which I'm still waiting for) I receive this email. Oh, by the way it also stated that the Vans part of my order had been cancelled (by mvp.com). Upon receipt I logged onto their site only to find that my order was still processing. Hopefully, you will get better results than I have, will let all know the outcome. P@ssed and waiting......

yeah, i'm finally a completed order minus the Vans shoes that they cancelled. this morning when i checked my order status i was fully expecting to see in process but, in fact it read order completed 12/11/00. amazing it only took them 5 days to post this info. i even got a tracking number. i don't want to jinx my order but i do agree mvp is SUCK!
