Quality is pretty terrible on these things. Gap and skip randomly for no apparent reason every ten minutes or so. Cheap, yeah, but you get what you pay for.

Get a SoulPlayer or a Rio Volt instead. It's worth the extra $$, I must say...

Raj, the Dlink Player isn't a bad deal either. After the 10% coupon and the $20 rebate it's only $75.12 including shipping.

I'd say... spend the extra cash and get a Rio Volt, you seriously cannot go wrong... and amazon has it, not sure if it's in stock, but with the 10% off coupon floating around, you can get it for just $153...

I gave this player 3 tries at Target. After the 3rd exchange, I couldn't take it any more. This is truly a POS. Get a RIO Volt. I have no regrets.

Like some of the others, I must agree that the quality of this device is pretty poor. I returned mine within a week of purchasing it. I was so disappointed in the Memorex player that I was quite happy to get back to my regular portable Aiwa player and my pile of CDs.

Sony should be releasing a player this Summer. Or, the Rio Volt is available now.

Also, other must avoids are: MP Trip players - utter junk!
