unless i'm blind, i don't see the voltage specs listed on that page.
Does anyone know if this is a quality ps or just another time bomb?

I'm pretty sure that people have reported these to be rebadged Superflower psu's.

This is a good review. Seems that it can't pump out the rated 30A on the 12v line, but it works great at 26A. No PCI-E connector and no ActivePFC cut it down a bit.
