Hot Lunch/Dinner while at work?

Just sitting here eating a ramen cup of noodles to get me started off for lunch and I'm wondering what everyone else does for lunch or dinner while they're at work. Preferably hot and cheap.

cook extra at night and nuke it. or cafe food/subway.

Well not hot. But Ham and Cheese on wheat. x2 on Saturday and Sunday. We have a cook for the weekdays (Residential Facility).
