They put it on clearance, since generaiton 3 is out, and Apple won't be making many more of 20 gigers.. It is a NEW item, and a great player..
Anyone knows how to flash Max Ipod to PC one? Or is it universal now?

I just got my refurbished 10G ipod from Apple, and I can say that ripping MP3s at the typical 128 bit rate, that I've got nearly 70 CDs on the unit and it is still 2/3 empty. 20G is a huge amount of capacity, (but this is a great price). I like the old form factor myself.

nice deal. too bad. don't need an mp3 player that badly. right now I just use my thinkpad x series in my backpack
